3. Orders & Confirmation:

Orders placed on the website are subject to availability and confirmation.

After an order is placed, a Halda Mart representative will contact you via phone to confirm:

✅Delivery method (home/branch pickup)

Halda Mart reserves the right to cancel orders if:

🛑The customer cannot be reached
🛑Delivery location is inaccessible
🛑Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected

4. Delivery Policy:

Delivery Charges:

🚚Inside Dhaka: ৳80
🚚Outside Dhaka: ৳150

Estimated Delivery Time:

🕒Dhaka: 2–3 working days
🕒Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

Courier Partners:
Halda Mart delivers using third-party couriers, including:

Sundarban Courier Service, Steadfast, RedX, eCourier, Pathao Courier, Delivery Tiger, KCS, Janani Express, Sheba Delivery, Sonar Courier, and SA Paribahan.

Tracking & Pickup:

✅Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment.
✅If the customer opts for branch pickup, they must show ID and the tracking code.

Customer Responsibility:

✅Ensure accurate address and phone number.
✅Be available to receive calls or parcels.

5. Payment Methods:

💠Bank Transfer: (upon request for bulk or special orders)

6. Returns & Replacements:

Return claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Eligible reasons for return:

✅Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
✅If Halda Mart is at fault, the delivery cost will be refunded.
✅Return shipping may be arranged via one of our courier partners.
