Halda Mart Delivery Policy
Delivery Charges:
✅Inside Dhaka City: ৳80
✅Outside Dhaka City (Anywhere in Bangladesh): ৳150
🔶We deliver all types of non-perishable products, including items for men, women, and children.
Delivery Timeframe:
🚚Inside Dhaka: 2 to 3 working days
🚚Outside Dhaka: 3 to 5 working days
🕒 Delivery time may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier availability.

We deliver through a network of trusted courier services. Customers may choose a courier (if available) or we’ll select the most efficient option based on your delivery area:

Order Confirmation Process:
🔶Once your order is placed, a Halda Mart representative will call you to confirm the order.
🔶During this confirmation call, you will be:
✅Informed of your courier option
✅Given a chance to verify your address and phone number
✅Allowed to select delivery to your home or a nearby pickup branch (if available)
Mobile Number for Parcel Collection:
🔶The mobile number used during checkout will be registered with the courier service for identification and tracking.
🔶Please ensure this number is active and reachable.
Tracking & Pickup:
🔶Once your parcel is shipped, tracking information will be shared via SMS or email.
🔶For courier services with branch pickup options (e.g., SA Paribahan, Sundarban), you can collect the parcel using your registered phone number and tracking code.
Payment Options:
✅Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when you receive the product
✅Mobile Payment: (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) Pay in advance
✅Bank Transfer: Available for large or corporate orders
Returns & Delivery Issues:
🔶If you receive a wrong or damaged item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
🔶We will arrange for a replacement or refund, based on product availability and condition.
🔶If the issue is from Halda Mart’s side, the delivery charge will be refunded.
Important Notes:
